Indication for Blocks
- Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc
 - Sciatica
 - Pain in both legs
 - Pain in calf muscles
 - Radiculopathy
 - Weakness
 - Hypoaesthesia/Paraesthesia
 
Advantages
- Easy to perform
 - Can be performed without fluoroscopy
 
Disadvantages
- Better than Caudal Block
 - Less effective than Transforaminal nerve root block
 - More amount of drug needs to be given
